Asking questions is scary. Talking to people about something hurtful we felt because of their actions is scary. It's often easier to write them off as terrible or listen to the voices of the snakes who urge us to go around them without building a relationship. But Jesus shows us the way to maintain community is through honesty, through asking questions, and through listening for the voices of others.
