About Our Teams and Committees

Mission – Our Mission Team reviews and proposes different work projects for our household of faith. They match activities in common with the passions of individuals and groups as we attempt to be God’s hands in the world.

Bible Song – Our Bible Song Team works to unite families as we meet before church service each Sunday. We work in conjunction with the Mission Team to teach the Way of Jesus in action. We seek Spiritual growth as we gather together. We understand this gathering to be all about caring for others and ourselves in a healthy environment.

Worship Team – The Worship Team plans for the liturgical life of the church. Special services throughout the year are offered during and outside of our Sunday morning worship time.

Deacons – Our Deacons are charged with the spiritual and physical care of those who make up our household of faith. We understand that this charge also includes those outside our church community. It is also a significant part of our mission to respond to needs of those outside the doors of our church.

Council – Council makes up the general governing body of our church community. Council is made up of representatives from our committees and at large membership of the church.

Trustees – The Trustees are charged with the responsibility of maintaining our facility and the grounds that surround our church. They are the stewards of the space and resource of our building and are directly involved in the mission work of our church as well.
